A tribute to famed London-based noodle spot Rui's Restaurant, the colab is dubbed the 'Revenge of Rui', and the inspiration for the name is two-fold. Not only is it a subtle nod to the original name (the Revenge), but it also takes cues from the story of Rui himself: according to lore, the restaurant was founded by a panda who was mocked by high-end chefs for his simplistic family noodle recipe.
The resulting kicks, naturally, come in clean black and white and feature Rui-inspired hits to the likes of the laces and insoles. They even come packaged in a takeout-style box with a menu and chopsticks.
