032c and adidas Swathe the GSG Trail and GSG Mule in a Silver Metallic
Joerg and Maria Koch's 032c have joined forces with once again to craft silver-swathed takes on the GSG Trail and GSG Mule. If either silhouette looks eerily familiar to you, that's probably because it is: 032c and adidas produced all-black takes on boot and mule alike back in April.
Both styles are placed on the same base, namely a toothy, milky midsole taken directly from the GSG-9 boot that uses adiPRENE cushioning tech and a Traxion trail outsole pattern. However, the uppers are decidedly divergent as each shoe is made for a different purpose. The GSG Trail opts for a 5/8 cut construction with multiple silver tones on its overlays and underlays, all of which are accented by pops of red and blue around the technical toggle lacing system. Alternating 032c/adidas tongue badges add a final touch of flair.
Feeding the fashion-conscious sect's insatiable appetite for backless footwear, the 032c x adidas GSG Mule proffers a slightly poofy neoprene upper with debossed Three Stripe branding on the lateral quarter. Scuff-resistant grey toeboxes enhance durability and provide contrast with the silhouette's silver construction. Special branding is served by a small red 032c hit towards the midsole's lateral heel for a finishing touch of style. Silver backpacks and totes — seen below — have also been produced to accompany the duo of footwear options.

Expect the 032c x adidas GSG Trail and GSG Mule to release via the adidas webstore and retailers like 43einhalb come September 30. The GST Trail is priced at $220 USD, while the GSG Mule arrives at $160 USD. The collection's backpack and tote bag retail for $200 USD and $180 USD, respectively.
