Known for blending Oakley’s archival performance DNA with Brain Dead’s unfiltered design instincts, this latest collection reimagines two of the brand’s boldest silhouettes to date: the Flesh Sandal and the Edge Boot.

The Flesh Sandal returns in three striking variations. First is a graphite suede edition, tonal and textured with a stealthy, blacked-out sole. Next up, an olive camo pair channels military grit, balancing rugged materials with aerodynamic form. The final version offers a refined olive tonal execution – layering perforated suede, airy mesh, and soft nubuck panels into a futuristic remix of earthy utility. Deep brown midsoles and crimson pull tabs punch up the contrast.

Then comes the Edge Boot – an all-terrain statement piece engineered for stability and style. With its hybrid suede-mesh upper and exaggerated jagged sole, this design blends technical robustness with fluid motion. The sandy beige colourway, accented by warm undertones, delivers subtle drama and go-anywhere appeal.

It’s been a high-energy 2025 for Brain Dead. Alongside expanding their experimental arsenal with Oakley, the LA collective also linked up with reviving the mid-70s tennis shoe and dropping a bold, retro-styled bowling shoe.
