The Nike Air Tech Challenge II 'Pixel Court' Smashes its Way Back For 2025

Cast your mind back to the year 2014 and you’ll probably remember the 'Pixel Court' as a beloved gem, defined by its bold red cubes and deep blue colour palette. A certified banger within the retro tennis series, it became one of the most talked-about pairs of its time – and then some. Now, over ten years on, the Swoosh are bringing it back for Spring 2025 – returning to the same design cues that helped serve up its legacy.

The 2025 version honours the original, keeping all the signature details and the iconic shape that fans love. It also features pops of red and blue that stand out against a clean white upper, along with a pixelated design near the lower eyelet and heel. The construction also holds true, combining a perforated leather base with smooth leather and mesh overlays across the rest of the shoe.

Subtle weathered effects appear on the TPU eyelets and parts of the midsole, offering a softer vintage feel compared to the more heavily aged and editions. The upper features blue accents on the Swoosh, while the woven tongue label pops with red and blue highlights and fades down to weathered white. The lightly distressed midsole, complete with a visible Air unit in the heel, sits atop a tricoloured outsole in cream, blue and red to round out the design.
