Nike ACG’s 'All Conditions Racing Department' Hits the Trails

is taking its decades-long pursuit of the wild to the next level with the launch of the All Conditions Racing Department, a fresh crew of top-tier athletes dedicated to high-speed, extreme-environment pursuits. The initiative unites , who test samples and then provide feedback, pushing both their gear and their personal limits to help Nike co-create the future of trail performance.
'The pursuit of feral dreams fuels everything we do,' says Scott LeClair, VP/GM of Nike . 'It’s dirty. It’s hard. It’s gritty. That’s what our All Conditions Racing Department athletes are getting after.'
The 22-strong roster spans eight countries and five US states, and includes 2025 Western States Endurance Run champ Caleb Olson. Other members hail from the US, Europe and China, creating a global gang committed to endurance and innovation.
Nike ACG’s dedication to innovation and endurance dates back nearly 40 years, from mountaineering experience supporting the first American expedition to K2 in 1978. The All Conditions Racing Department continues that legacy, blending cutting-edge silhouettes with the knowledge and experience of athletes who test the limits of performance and push the boundaries of what’s possible in athletic environments.
As for the footwear, athletes will help shape the Nike ACG , a trail-focused model being developed through extensive testing, as well as Nike Radical AirFlow, a breakthrough material designed to keep runners cool in extreme heat.
