Nigel Sylvester’s Air Jordan 1 Gets a Release Date

Pro BMX rider Nigel Sylvester has been working with Nike for over a decade, but he’s only now getting a crack at the brand’s ultimate silhouette: the Air Jordan 1.

Announced during the latest screening of his series GO, Sylvester’s build features ‘JORDAN BIKING CO., EST. 2017’ stamped along the inner ankle and a pre-distressed aesthetic that’s almost as if the model took water damage.

The Swoosh pedalled back to Sylvester's original hunting grounds for their latest editorial shoot, which includes a narrative arc of the now-ubiquitous BMX boss.

The Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 is scheduled for September 1.
