Japanese sneaker institution mita has gone taken a military twist to the Reebok InstaPump Fury, with a little help from their friends at Winiche & Co. The three-way collaboration looks back to post WWII Japan, referencing the black market of American Military surplus goods that took over the back-streets and the subsequent GI fashion styles that followed. The InstaPump Fury ‘Flight Jacket’ draws inspiration from one of the most iconic pieces of militaria, the MA1 flight jacket – known for its green nylon shell and bright orange lining. There are three parts to the pack, the shoes, a matching jacket and a special edition sneaker protector spray, each one decked in the same olive drab.

The mita x Winiche & Co. x Reebok InstaPump Fury ‘Flight Jacket’ drops October 22, hit up mita to get your hands on a pair.
