Legendary graffiti writer-cum-artist Futura has teamed up with Converse to produce two more collaborative Chuck Taylor All Star II models, making up the ‘Skyfall’ Pack.
The low cut, or Ox, version has a white reflective upper dappled with a spray-can effect frequently employed by Futura, while the pure white midsole and toe cap leave the shoe feeling light and summery. The high top version takes an asymmetrical twist and applies the same pattern to the inside of the foot, as the outer panels turn the contrast down for a darker –almost blacked out – interpretation of the motif. Both shoes have a clear outsole that is overlayed on some of the artist’s most iconic images, his handstyle for the high and characters on the low.
