Few boots carry legacy like the adidas Predator Precision, and even fewer players carry the model like 00s golden boy Zinedine Zidane. First released in 2000, the silhouette was tailored to honour the athlete's FIFA World Player of the Year award, worn in gold-trimmed glory during a fixture against Germany in 2001. Now reissued in Elite form, the returning cleat taps into that heyday of football – when the ball stuck to feet, passes split defences, and everything started with a number 10.

First teased in back January, the returning iteration appears in a ‘Gold Metallic/Black/Collegiate Red’ colour scheme which brings classic lines and championship flair back to the pitch. Meticulously recreated, the upper faithfully echoes the original design that defined early 2000s football. The signature black Three Stripes slice diagonally over the shimmering gold front, while the legendary red fold-over tongue crowns the silhouette with timeless style.

Retaining its classic aesthetic, the 'Made in Germany' version incorporates several modern updates. As part of adidas’ limited-edition series, 'World Player 2000' messaging has been subtly relocated to the insole. Additionally, lifting up the tongue reveals a shimmering graphic of Zidane poised to strike.

Linking history with innovation, the reissued Predator Precision Elite is rounded out by the Three Stripes’ CONTROLFRAME 2.0 sole plate – the same technology used by current stars like Jude Bellingham for the Predator 24.
