James Harden’s playoff resume might not be carved in clutch-time stone, but when it comes to signature sneakers, The Beard’s legacy is locked. His line with adidas has become one of the baddest on the hardwood – and the Harden Vol. 9 is no exception. It's seen widespread adoption across the league – especially among Pacers and Thunder players – and now adidas are locking in its next wave of colourways to close out 2025.

There’s plenty to pack the paint here. For those looking to play it a little more conservatively, ‘Red Metallic’, ‘Flamingo Pink’, and ‘Dynamo’ will slot neatly into your hoops rotation, echoing the tonal styles we’ve seen so far this year. But things really start to cook with the more experimental entries.

A new ‘Molded Leather’ edition mixes white inner booties with premium leather sidewalls, while ‘Snakeskin’ switches it up with a radioactive green upper and reptilian texture. The ‘UNO Chain’ adds glittery flair to a grey/teal/black build – wild, but wearable. Thunder fans will also recognise the final pair: a loud mix of royal purple, lime green, and white that’s been worn by Jalen Williams and Lu Dort throughout OKC’s playoff campaign (the tech is obviously doing its job, with Williams dropping 34 points in a crucial Game 4 win).

No full rollout schedule yet, but the ‘J. Dub’ and ‘Red Metallic’ pairs are confirmed for June 6 and June 21, respectively. Expect more details to surface soon.
