Manchester City and PUMA have officially renewed their vows – and if you're sick of seeing sky blue lifting silverware, bad news: this partnership’s going long. First linked up in 2019, the dynamic duo has gone full dynasty, hoarding trophies, shifting kits, and making waves from Manchester to the metaverse.

It’s been a ridiculous run. Since PUMA came on board, City have stacked four Premier League titles, one historic treble, and a laundry list of cups across men’s, women’s, and youth teams. The Elite Development Squad? Crushing it. U18s? Dominating. Even the kit sales have broken records, with fan-favourite fits like the Colin Bell-inspired 2022/23 home shirt flying off shelves.

But it’s not just about what happens on the pitch. PUMA’s been cooking off it too – dropping virtual jerseys on Roblox, letting fans design their own shirts using AI, and helping the club expand its retail empire with City Stores popping up in Manchester, Abu Dhabi, New York, and beyond. Expect more global outposts soon, including a new flagship at the Etihad Campus.

Before teaming up with PUMA in 2019, Manchester City were laced up in Nike kits for six seasons – a run that included their 2013/14 Premier League title. That deal itself followed a stint with Umbro, the Manchester-born brand that outfitted City during the early days of the Etihad era. Umbro even dropped some cult-classic kits along the way, but when Nike acquired the brand in 2008, City eventually found themselves folded into the global Swoosh stable.

Now with the ink dry on one of the Premier League’s longest kit deals, City and PUMA are gearing up for another era of dominance.
