It’s crazy to think that and debuted the all the way back in 2018! Known for its easy to wear earthy tones and monochrome builds we can see why this is the favourite for many Ye stans around the globe. Over the years we’ve seen plenty of iconic colourways touch down such as the ‘Geode’ but none have been as favoured as the ‘Static’.
Originally arriving in December of 2018, it helped kick off the second version of the BOOST 700 and unlike the original, opted for a more teched-out shape and materials. Up top is a wide mesh base layer covered with premium leather and welded detailing while down below is the striking BOOST-injected midsole. The ‘Static’ colourway is one of the easiest to rock and dressed in monochromatic whites and greys.
The resale prices for the Yeezy BOOST 700 V2 ‘Static’ have been fluctuating rapidly, back in 2020 pairs reached well into the four figures but ever since the restock was announced they’ve declined substantially.
