WHO DECIDES WAR and Nike Stitch Up a Denim-Decked Air Force 1 Colab

Everard 'Ev Bravado' Best and Tela D'Amore's WHO DECIDES WAR are known for their unique denim jeans – garments that are distressed, layered, flared embellished and embroidered, with a unique silhouette that Heron Preston has described as 'the new New York fit'. Apart from his brand, Best has also worked as a designer for Off-White, and now he's partnered with another powerful company: Nike, with whom WHO DECIDES WAR has crafted a special Air Force 1 Low.

WHO DECIDES WAR's low-top Air Force 1 draws from the same well of inspiration that their pants do. That's to say that it features multiple shades of denim, accented with rough-hewn stitching, distressed details and embroidered hits of branding. WDW isn't the first denim brand to work with Nike on an Air Force 1 – both 3x1 and Levi's have brought their signature blue jean stylings to the silhouette – but their colab offers the most bespoke look of the bunch thanks to its unique build and keen attention to detail.

In the Instagram post seen above, Best spotlighted the shoes and noted that WHO DECIDES WAR's FW22 collection would be going live digitally this week. He didn't provide any news on a release date, but assuming these Air Force 1s aren't a bespoke pair (they certainly look it!) they may release around the same time as the collection itself.
