The Nike SB Dunk High ‘Strawberry Cough’ has been one of the most elusive sneakers of 2021, and it’s finally been secured to hit shelves! Originally, the ‘Strawberry Cough’ was meant to a be a 4/20 release all the way back in 2020. Over a year later and sneakerheads have been wondering if we were ever going to receive the latest weed-themed SB Dunk drop.

Modelled after the potent sativa Marijuana strain of the same name, the whole upper receives a sweet material mix, with textured strawberry-inspired leather, shaggy suede and satin that wraps the rear. An icy blue outsole and small coughing strawberry heel graphic round out the iteration.

The ‘Strawberry Cough’ was designed by Todd Bratrud who also created other related SBs such as the ‘Skunk’, ‘White Widow’ and ‘Cheech & Chong’.

The highly-anticipated release was originally locked in to arrive at local skate shops on October 22, with a SNKRS drop following on October 26. Most stores released them as scheduled but some have only just announced their raffles. This could mean you still have a chance!
