Nike has started quite the Halloween tradition with their skeletal Air Force 1. For the past three years they’ve dressed their famous Uptown in a boney makeover with glow-in-the-dark midsoles. For 2021 the AF-1 is going trick-or-treating in a brand new ‘Purple Skeleton’ look, dropping right before October 31.

The bone-chilling Nike Air Force 1 ‘Purple Skeleton’ chooses its usual look, the upper has been doused in ‘Court Purple’ leather panels with a perforated toe box. Along the lateral and medial, Team Swoosh has plastered an X-ray-style skeleton foot with matching insole graphics. Rounding out this scary sneaker is the glowing midsoles.

For Halloween 2021, the ‘Purple Skeleton’ won’t be the only Swoosh-adorned creation walking the streets! Nike has also created a creepy Air Presto, SB Dunk Low ‘Mummy’ and AF-1 Experimental.
