Watch Kanye West inform Donald Trump of the ‘Yeezy Effect’
Yes, it’s 2018, mi hermanos. Chicago’s biggest hip-hop export has hit the Oval Office to inform reality TV star/real-estate mogul/President of the United States, Donald Trump, of his successes with his sneaker brand, Yeezy.
Need a minute?
Mr West used his meeting with Donald Trump to discuss a whirlwind of topics (including, but not limited to, South Korea, Hillary Clinton, Superman’s cape and the hat), including a flex on Yeezy’s successes: 'You gave me the heart to go to adidas … when I went in, in 2015, [adidas was] a $14 billion company losing $2 billion a year. Now, [adidas has] a $38 billion market cap. It's called the Yeezy Effect.’
Kanye explains how lack of male role models and lack of exposure to "male power" led him to embrace MAGA which gave him power and "balls" and also helped him make a ton of money with Adidas. pic.twitter.com/4q7n44vfNB
