Up-Close Look: The Air Jordan 5 ‘Georgetown Hoyas’ PE
We’ve been treated to detailed looks at the Player Exclusives bestowed upon the likes of , , and , and now we’ve finally got the quality pics of another college 5, this one belonging to the Georgetown Hoyas. Decked out in familiar Hoyas hues, it could be the cleanest of the Class of 2021!
Coming through in the institution’s trademark grey hue, the upper is elevated with the classic elephant print all over. Additional details include Georgetown’s ‘G’ logo embroidered on the contrasting navy suede tongues, while speckled shark teeth overlays keep in line with AJ5s of the past. Down below, we’ve got the familiar white midsole, with an icy outsole providing the base. At the rear, there’s a navy ‘Nike Air’ embroidered on the heels to complete this classy – and rare – Jay.
As usual, this Air Jordan 5 ‘Georgetown Hoyas’ PE won’t be available to the public, with only team and staff members lucky enough to receive pairs. In fact, this college PE is rumoured to be the rarest of the 2021 lineup, with just 40 pairs in existence. As always, if you’ve got cash to splash, you may be able to snag a pair on eBay in the future.
