Up-Close Look at the Air Jordan 3 ‘Court Purple’
Details around the release of the Air Jordan 3 ‘Court Purple’ have been muddled throughout the year. Following initial leaks that came through back in March, we then got news that the colourway had been cancelled, seemingly out of nowhere. In the latest development, we’ve got a fresh look at the eye-catching design, with a close-up look at some of the more intricate details.
Adopting the classic ‘Black Cement’ styling synonymous with the Air Jordan 3, this ‘Court Purple’ take delivers a subtle colour remix on the iconic silhouette. The uppers are composed with leather in black, while the familiar ‘Cement’ print details hit the mudguard and rear panel. Complementing the ‘Cement’ is grey on the outsole and inner lining, while orange hits on the heel Jumpman branding and behind the tongue to add a bright touch. As the starring purple shade, you’ll find it donning the detailing just above the midsole, as well as on the tongue Jumpman branding and top eyelet. A very Halloween-esque colour combo, if you ask us.
As for the latest release details, it looks like the Air Jordan 3 ‘Court Purple’ could in fact be releasing, just not at retailers across North America. We’ll keep our eyes peeled for further release details at global stockists. Stay tuned!
