Update March 20, 2023: After first surfacing in the middle of last year, official images and a release date are here for the ‘UNC Grey’ aka ‘Tokyo Vintage’. You can expect the pairs to land later this week on March 25.

Some of Union’s most iconic collaborations have been their Air Jordan 1 from 2018 and 2020’s Air Jordan 4, which both boast distinct colour-blocking details. A kids-sized AJ4 recently surfaced that looks like something the iconic LA-based retailer would have whipped up, with alternating heel and mid-foot colours. Only a day later, an Air Jordan 1 Low colourway has surfaced via @yankeekicks that makes us think: what if Union did an AJ1 Low?

This new colourway has been given the moniker ‘UNC Grey’ and is a twist on the regular Jordan Brand ‘UNC’ combo. The base layer still remains in the regular white leather, while the toe box has been dressed in blue. Towards the rear are darker grey tones and a yellow embroidered Wings logo. Jordan Brand have once again opted for an aged vibe with the midsole pre-yellowed and exposed foam reaching the tongue.
