The Darkside Initiative Raises $275k Via Travis Scott x Fragment x Air Jordan 1 Raffle

San Francisco natives The Darkside Initiative used the release of the x x to raise some big coin for the community. Conducting a fundraising raffle, the boutique managed to raise a whopping $274,527 for La Flame’s charity the Cactus Jack Foundation. Tickets for the raffle were a $3 donation.
Participants in the raffle were allowed to purchase as many tickets as they wanted, with the total tally amounting to 91,509 entries.
The Cactus Jack Foundation’s mission is to empower and enrich the lives of youth by providing access to education and creative resources to ensure long-term success. The foundation believes young people should not be prevented from attaining their lifetime goals, and is committed to extending educational opportunities to all – regardless of their circumstances – to achieve their dreams.
The Darkside Initiative have been streetwear stalwarts in the San Francisco area for over 20 years, with three stores across the city complementing their strong online presence. Huge props to them for using the year’s biggest drop for a good cause!
