Release Date: The Air Jordan 5 ‘Quai 54’

After official images emerged last month of an  Air Jordan 5 that celebrates Quai 54 – the legendary Parisian streetball tournament – we now have a release date. Jordan Brand have dressed a wide range of their iconic models in special schemes for the event over the years – including the  Air Jordan 8,  Air Jordan 1 High and  Air Jordan 1 Low. And already this year the Jumpman’s latest performance offering – the Air Jordan 35 – has emerged in a  hypnotic design that continues the tradition of vibrant aesthetics for Quai 54 releases. A bunch of other silhouettes have recently joined the pack, including an alternate F&F AJ5, and an Air Jordan 1 Low.

This Air Jordan 5 adopts the Jumpman’s popular white, black and red scheme, sparking memories of the beloved ‘Fire Red’ colourway. The Quai 54 touches arrive via a heel patch, and geometric patterns on the laces and inner. While the tournament’s logo also hides under the midfoot cage.

Pairs of this year’s Air Jordan 5 ‘Quai 54’ are expected to land on July 10 at Nike and other Jumpman stockists.
