Check Out This Solefly x Air Jordan 1 Low 'What the Solefly' Sample
The relationship between Miami-based boutique Solefly and Jordan Brand is a familial one – quite literally, as Solefly founder Carlos Prieto is Michael Jordan's brother-in-law. Due to these brotherly ties Solefly have had several Air Jordan collaborations over the years, and now they've been brought together on a special Air Jordan 1 Low sample.
Prieto recently revealed the sample on his Instagram, and referred to it as the 'What the Solefly.' Even without the tell-all moniker, the shoe's inspiration is obvious: it mashes together bits and pieces of some of SoleFly's most notable Air Jordan collaborations over the years. There's the Miami Hurricanes-esque green and orange detailing of 2018's Solefly x Air Jordan 1, the elephant print and hits of bright orange and pink from the same year's Solefly x Air Jordan 3 'Lotto,' and more, all displayed across the low-cut Air Jordan 1 upper in an abstract fashion.
Prieto didn't reveal if these Air Jordan 1 Lows will see a retail release or if they're merely a 1-off or friends and family colourway, but check out the images above and see how many details you can spot!
