Jointly curated by Sneaker Freaker and The Drop Date, and presented by leading luxury resale marketplace StockX, Rair is an exclusive showcase presenting a selection of rare and highly-desirable editions from the past two decades. Launching to coincide with , the exhibition will open in London to mark the annual celebration of the .

Within the display are choice pieces from the ‘golden years’, an important era of innovative collaboration projects with a wide range of designers, artists and musicians — an era responsible for some of the most ever produced.

Visitors will have the rare opportunity to see exemplary editions in the flesh, including the iconic Parra x Patta Nike Air Max 1 'Cherrywood' (pictured above) — a holy grail to collectors, which most recently sold in the UK for £4500 (approx. $6000). The elusive Nike Air Max 90 Premium 'White Volt' artist collaboration with KAWS (pictured below), which currently trades on StockX between £600 (approx. $800) and £1100 (approx. $1450) per pair, will also be on show.

Each exhibit is accompanied with information detailing its history and significance, and fans will be able to immerse themselves in the story via a special display of the beloved original Air Max shoebox designs. If all this wasn't enough, attendees will also be able to purchase some of the rare models on show in real-time through the StockX platform.

Whether you're a hardcore sneakerhead, a footwear design aficionado, or even if you simply want to explore the blurred lines between footwear and art, this is one exhibition not to be missed.
