After sending the our forum into meltdown when we dropped the news of our , OG member and all-round sneaker nice guy, Kuyakoy uttered the question – Why isn't there a Nike x SF sneaker colab yet? K set up a comp to gee up the fam. Fellow  SNKR FRKR forum members were swift to reply with an avalanche of Australiana-themed ideas. We saw it all, from Baggy Green cricket caps to landmark-inspired AMs, monuments were used as muses, as too were our fave childhood snacks – basically everything under the Australian sun, except the shrimp on the barbie, was on display. Check them in the gallery above, peep the thread here and look below for special mentions.

SNKR FRKR BEST IN SHOW:
Melbourne's iconic Flinders Street station has long served as a mutual meeting spot for people of all walks of life, including sneakerheads who rendezvous there to swap, buy and sell sneaks on the steps under the iconic clocks. So for that reason we've got special love for DMHC's AM1 adaption – oh yeah, he created his own vector too. The CW is super clean and the silhouette is timeless, we're sure these things would be burning retinas from three platforms away and would go hard on the tracks. If you live in this dope city and have never taken a sneaker-selfie on these beautiful steps, then you're just bloody un-Victorian!

Massive shout outs to Kuyakoy for getting this going and being more or less the best dude this side of the equator, Deadstock for taking home the forums win with his on-point Milo-inspired joints, Montanainc for his milky Farmers Union Dunk Lows, and Oscarteescoot, don't think we didn't see that cheeky 'P' upfront on the TNs – burn the silver stallion, brah! Last but not least, thanks to all the forum heads that contributed and shared their creations. We salute you!

PS. We hope you're paying attention Nike, we got some soon-to-be-designers on our hands.
