Secret Wars - Melb Heat Three

Secret Wars heat three was a battle of the sexes with local artists Deb and Ken Taylor fighting it out for the semi final placing. With a contrasting approach to their pieces, Ken Taylor free formed his skull inpsired 'Deb And Buried' piece while Deb followed a meticulously drawn out plan for her attack on Taylor. A record crowd packed into the sweltering 1000 Pound Gallery space with N'Cision once again cutting up the ones and twos and banging out a plethora of genres (big ups for rocking Bohemian Rhapsody brother!). After the 90 minute contest, the judges were brought out to give their scores - a unanimous vote going to Ken Taylor. While, as it seems tradition at these Secret War battles, the audience vote went to the underdog of the night, Ms Deb Art.
