Reebok Freestlye 2008 - Cities World Tour

Involving women who have made their mark not only on sneaker culture but also through sports, Reebok have assigned various females from around the globe who promote the Freestyle with images and video footage depicting their love for the shoe and their hometown.

The first instalment sees Reebok flying in to fashion forward capital Tokyo hooking up with cheerleader Ai Yasuda, who has become the first Japanese cheerleader to cheer at the NFL Pro Bowl. Each Freestyle shoe is designed to capture the elements of each country, with the Tokyo sneaker emblazed with neon highlights to represent the futuristic colourful landscape of Japan.

Each shoe tells a story, as does each female representing their country and Reebok give the viewer an insight into the concept that has seen the Freestyle flourish in the sneaker scene for the last 25 years and counting.
