The city of Newark has long supported a multitude of cultural institutions spanning sport, fashion and art. Making roots in 2010, the New York Red Bulls have become a linchpin of Brick City’s expansive leadership program, with Newark’s very own Fashion and Design School blazing a trail for young creatives.
Now, the New York Red Bulls are linking up with NFL superstar Malcolm Jenkins and footwear designer Connor Seltz (aka Ceeze) to help spread the power of sneakers with a trio of hand-crafted Lows. Utilising the Red Bulls 1RITMO jersey, the sneakers are built with white napa leather, red suede, and nocturnal 3M materials.
Of course, the Forum is also replete with all the hallmarks of adi’s classic 1980s hooper. The first basketball sneaker to break the three-digit price tag, the silhouette transitioned from the hardwood to the hip hop community thanks to its distinct shape and throwback hook-and-loop strap system.

The Red Bulls, Jenkins and Ceeze will be raffling off their collaboration exclusively through the DASH app. Of the proceeds, 96 per cent will go to the Malcolm Jenkins Foundation, which seeks to empower and support the youth in underserved communities.
