PUMA Sign a Four-year Deal with Projected No. 1 Draft Pick, Deandre Ayton

are set to return to the basketball courts in a big way after a long, 20-year hiatus. The Big Cat today signed projected No. 1 draft pick Deandre Ayton in a multimillion-dollar deal extending over four seasons.

In an environment still dominated by , PUMA is beginning to exert influence. Last week, PUMA signed Duke’s Marvin Bagley III to the most lucrative rookie deal since Kevin Durant in 2007.

PUMA’s been on the bench for over two decades; the last NBA player to sign with the German brand was Vince Carter back in 1998.
