Release Date: Pawnshop Skate Co. x Nike SB Dunk High

Update January 4, 2022: A release date and official images have finally surfaced for the Pawnshop Skate Co. x Nike SB Dunk High, and the collaboration is set to arrive on January 14.

Update August 12, 2022: On-foot images of the Pawnshop x Nike SB Dunk High have arrived via @yankeekicks. The collaboration is expected to arrive over the coming months.

Pawnshop Skate Co. located in Covina, California is an iconic skate store, co-founded by Anthony Piscopo, father of Nike SB team rider Donovon Piscopo. Opening its doors in 2010, Pawnshop has been serving their local community for over a decade now, and Nike SB are looking to honour their skating legacy with an SB Dunk High collaboration!

Images have recently been circling social media, leaking the collaborative effort. Pawnshop have opted for a premium build, the upper comes correct in a mix of black and brown leather that looks slightly padded, hinting at a wear-away effect. The liner is made with a lush suede fabric whilst the tongue remains in a simple mesh. Elsewhere, the Swoosh riffs off their logo and the insole and tongue boast custom branded graphics.

Nike SB and Pawnshop Skate Co. are yet to comment on their upcoming SB Dunk High but stay locked to SF, we’ll keep you updated as more news surfaces.
