Patta Opens New Flagship Location in Lagos
After laying down roots in Amsterdam, London and Milan, legendary Dutch streetwear boutique have just opened their freshest flagship location in Nigeria’s largest city of Lagos.
They opened their latest brick-and-mortar to deepen their roots within the creative landscape of West Africa. Patta was introduced to Lagos through their friends at Metallic Inc., and they've since grown a strong bond with the sprawling urban epicentre. They’ve made some close friends throughout the city, such as Jomi Bello of Wafflesmcream, Nifemi Marcus-Bello of Nbello Studio and many more. Patta’s deep connection to music and the culture surrounding it was another draw to Nigeria, with legends like Fela Kuti and the new generation that includes Wizkid and Rena helping lay the groundwork for the fashion scene in West Africa.
The brand new Patta Flagship will sit alongside their friends WafflesnCream and will act as a hub for community, with sneaker culture being the heart of their latest store.
