Palm Angels’ University Sneaker Is Ready for Backyard Bowl Sessions

No matter where you stand on Palm Angels, the New Guards-owned brand has built considerable inroads into the US hip-hop landscape through artists like Pusha T and Playboi Carti. In the last few years, the brand’s palm-tree-adorned sweatpants and hoodies have become status symbols in their own right.
Now, after dabbling in footwear with a in 2018, plus an actual Vans collaboration last month, Palm Angels are back. The low-top model mixes tennis and skate references, featuring a collegiate logo on the tongue, with Palm Angels script branding and palm tree logo on the heel. The upper features mixed materials like suede, perforated leather and nubuck, offset by colour pops throughout.
