Oregon Ducks Tease an Off-White x Air Jordan 1 Colourway
affiliated colleges throughout the United States have been receiving stunning PE sneakers for years, and the Oregon Ducks – the football team for the University of Oregon – have been treated to some of the best. They’ve been bestowed colourways of the Air Jordan 3 TH, , and now they’ve raised plenty of eyebrows by teasing an intriguing x .
In celebration of the team’s 2020 signing day, the university’s Equipment Staff took to Twitter to share an image of an Off-White x Air Jordan 1 dressed in the team’s signature green and yellow tones. Decorated with Virgil’s trademark zip tie and a ‘O’ logo near the lateral heel, the pictured sneaker has been confirmed as a mock-up by Nike. Sorry to get your hopes up!
That said, the sneaker is positioned below ‘GOT ‘EM’ text, which stirs the pot for some kind of related drop. The fact that the image was also shared by an official account could point to some kind of custom creation. Guess we’ll have to wait and see.
