On-Foot Look: Parra x Nike SB Dunk Low, Possibly for 'Friends and Family'
After a slew of sneak peeks, you're probably across the news that Amsterdam-based artist Parra is following up his Nike SB Dunk Low from 2019 with a brand new colourway. We've seen a preview of the potential Friends and Family rendition, and now a detailed on-foot look has come through to add to all the hype.
Going for a mismatched look, the opposing sides of the potential F&F version will come with different colour palettes. For the right shoe, we get a white base, complemented with overlays done in a slightly contrasting blue hues. Additionally, there’s a pop of red on the middle eyelets, while miniature Parra branding is seen on the lateral mudguard. As for the left, the overlays come through in pink and red, with a mini Swoosh in white on the mudguard. Both sides will wear a bold black Swoosh, white midsole and gum outsole.
Many of you will recall Parra’s 2019 F&F Dunk Low, which has now become one of the most expensive and sought-after colourways in recent times. As a result, we expect these to be an extremely hot commodity, if they ever drop.
At this stage, we’ve still got no official release into for the 2021 Parra x Nike SB Dunk Low collaboration. However, considering all the new images, we expect to see a release in the coming months at select skate shops, and possibly via Nike. Stay tuned for updates.
