Official Pics of the AMBUSH x Nike Dunk High ‘Deep Royal’
Following on from an courtesy of co-founder Yoon Ahn, the x in ‘Deep Royal’ looks to be inching closer towards a release. To further stoke the flame, Team Swoosh have arrived with official imagery of the alternate colourway of the previous and pairs. The up-close look definitely shows off some of the finer details.
Construction-wise, it’s what we all expected. The sneaker is dressed in a ‘Deep Royal Blue’, white, ‘Pale Ivory’, and black scheme. The upper uses the white as a base for the leather, while the colour comes via the royal blue overlays. Additionally, the bold black Swooshes extend beyond the heel, giving the Dunk a distinctive – and divisive – look. Packaging nerds will also appreciate the exclusive co-branded box each pair will come housed in.
Those after a more toned-down vibe compared to the vibrant pink we saw in AMBUSH’s last drop will surely be drawn towards this regal release.
We’ve still got no official release information from either Yoon or Nike, but rumours are suggesting the AMBUSH x Nike Dunk High in ‘Deep Royal’ will be arriving in Spring or Summer in the northern hemisphere. We’ll keep you updated!
