The Last Dance might seem like an eternity ago for many of you, but there were plenty of memorable moments that have stayed with us from ESPN’s hit documentary series about Michael Jordan and his rampaging Chicago Bulls. There was Jerry Krause’s wild dance moves, the nostalgic 90s fashion choices, the endless meme creation opportunities, MJ’s enduring feud with Isiah Thomas and, of course, the on-feet heat  worn by Jordan and his teammates and opponents throughout the wide-ranging retrospective.

Naturally, Sneaker Freaker’s attention was mostly focused on what was happening below the ankles, which meant the previously unreleased low-cut Jordan Brand shoe that MJ was wearing in some of the modern-day interviews became front of mind. Dubbed the ‘Centre Court’, this clean white Jumpman creation was initially sent to a lucky few, including long-time collaborator Edison Chen.

In June this year, whispers started circulating about a wider release for the silhouette – in three colourways no less – just in the time for the Holiday season. Now, Christmas has come early for those lusting after this deluxe Jumpman release, with official images circulating of the ‘Triple White’ colourway worn by the GOAT on The Last Dance.

Pairs of the Jordan Centre Court are still scheduled for a ‘Holiday’ release, but an exact date hasn’t been announced. Needless to say, we’ll keep you posted if that changes, and if we see any pics of the White/University Red or White/University Gold colourways.
