Off-White are Suing Over the use of Zip Ties and Quotation Marks

are taking legal action against bracelet manufacturers for the use of quotation marks and red zip ties.
According to a report by The Fashion Law, Rastaclat have been selling bracelets under the names 'Off-Clat' and/or 'Off-Clat c/o Rastaclat' at major retailers like Amazon. Despite not holding any official trademarks for the design, and his team at Off-White are arguing that they have rationale for a ‘significant common law trademark’.
Off-White are arguing that Rastaclat are confusing consumers ‘into believing that [they] are Off-White™ products, and as a result, it is asserting claims of trademark infringement, false designation of origin, and unfair competition’.
