Off-White are Suing Over the use of Zip Ties and Quotation Marks
According to a report by The Fashion Law, Rastaclat have been selling bracelets under the names 'Off-Clat' and/or 'Off-Clat c/o Rastaclat' at major retailers like Amazon. Off-White are arguing that Rastaclat are confusing consumers ‘into believing that [they] are Off-White™ products, and as a result, it is asserting claims of trademark infringement, false designation of origin, and unfair competition’.
