The Mac Attack Arrives on the NikeCourt Zoom Vapor 11

The return of the Nike Mac Attack has breathed new life into tennis and tennis lifestyle sneakers, and Nike’s cutting-edge Zoom Vapor 11 gets in on the action with this upcoming colourway.

Similar to the Nike Zoom Vapor AJ3 that brought the Air Jordan 3 and Nike Zoom Vapor 9 into one shoe, the Zoom Vapor 11 takes on the persona of John McEnroe’s signature sneaker. The grey mesh upper features fused overlays similar to the ones seen on the Mac Attack with black accenting printed on the toebox and Swoosh. The checkerboard tongue tag is seen on the sneaker as a nod to the inspiration, and the ankle collar with Nike branding draws from the Mac Attack as well. Diagonal rubber lines are placed throughout the sneaker to bring durability to the sneaker with a forefoot Zoom unit to bring cushioning without sacrificing court feel. Lastly, a uniform herringbone outsole finishes off the sneaker.
