The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 Looks Good in ‘Black Sesame’
The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 was originally released in 2010 as a simplistic reliable runner. Although its fame didn’t come until 2019, when it was resurrected as an alternate lifestyle option, and embraced by avant-garde brand A-COLD-WALL*. There was a brief stint following the hype colab where Nike produced zany GR editions, but by mid-2020 the running silhouette was forced back into hibernation. Now, 2022 has witnessed the surprise return, with colourways such as the ‘Oatmeal’ and ‘Wheat Grass’ dominating our newsfeeds.
Next up from the Vomero 5 is a tasteful ‘Black Sesame’ iteration with subtle details that make it special. The upper material has been composed of synthetic fabric, suede and mesh, boasting a full-black tone throughout. Low-key brown hits reach the liner and lace lock, alongside complementary orange tongue logo and tonal cream midsole. The insole hits features a stark blue, with clean white rabbit graphics.
No release details have surfaced as of yet, however you can expect the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 ‘Black Sesame’ to arrive at your local Swoosh stockist soon!
