Love to run. Living in the moment.
Harry AA, a UK Sprinter is as quick with a smile as he is on the track. Blink, and you’ll miss him. The man lives in the moment.
– An avid gamer, Harry’s quick with the joystick.
– He’s a big family man—and for Harry, everybody is family.
Harry Double-A wants you to know that he’s not a runner. He’s a sprinter. He’d know the difference. He was the rising star of the year in 2006 when he won gold in both the 100 and 200m races. Minor spinal fractures forced him off the track for 11 months, but now he’s back, stronger than ever, fast and getting faster. The secret to his quick return to the track lies in the way he is off the track—upbeat, optimistic, and always in the moment. The man knows how to roll with it, in other words. When you train five hours a day, six days a week, you’ve got to be ready to grab opportunities when they arise. Coach says: “Take a few days” and boom, Harry’s on the plane to LA, to NYC—anywhere he can unwind, play some videogames, laugh with his friends and forget about sprinting for a minute. It’ll be there when he gets back.
