Nike SB are celebrating 20 years by going on a big skate tour around the world. After starting in Berlin and then heading to London and Copenhagen, the brand closed out their European leg in Barcelona.
The latest instalment of the ‘20 Years of Nike SB’ tour also served to launch three new video parts featuring team riders and associates: Karsten Kleppan and friends, filmed by Tor Ström; a clip with Cata Diaz, and Petar Stantchev’s part for Thrasher.
Nike SB also brought out a shoebox-shaped ledge – first introduced at Copenhagen – to the Barcelona-Sants train station for a skate session, with prizes awarded to ‘those ripping the hardest.’
Various skate stores also hosted Nike SB mini-events, from women-only sessions to print signing and wear-testing of the relatively new BRSB model.
In what looked like a fun and action-packed event for all, Nike SB are now going to be taking their tour to the next continent. Inspired? Hit the link below to cop the latest releases from Nike’s webstore.
