Nike Schedule an OG Air More Uptempo Retro With Some Changes
Famously laced by during the Chicago Bulls 1995–96 championship season, the OG ‘Black/White’ is as iconic as they come. Originally touching down in 1996, the colourway last experienced a retro in 2020, and just three years later, Team Swoosh are preparing the Uptempo for another. And this time, to better reflect the OG construction, there’s been a plethora of changes compared with the previous build.
As per the official imagery, this edition’s scheme opts for the classic full-black nubuck upper with the iconic ‘AIR’ logo scripted with white piping along the lateral and medial sides. The changes come in the form of extended trimming around the Air logo and rear Swoosh, the latter of which has been changed from white to black.
