Nike Names New Balance and Skechers in New Patent Lawsuit

Specifically, Nike are going HAM on naming brands who have allegedly infringed on their patented Flyknit technology. Following the from February, Team Swoosh have called out both and , stating that each brand has infringed on the patent.
Nike lodged complaints with federal courts in Massachusetts and California on November 6. The sportswear brand has alleged that ‘despite several communications from Nike, New Balance has refused to cease its infringement of Nike’s patents... Instead, New Balance has only escalated the scope of its infringing activities.’ Some of the models allegedly infringing include the Fresh Foam More Trail v3 and XC Seven V4. Nike also allege that Skechers 'likewise used Flyknit technologies without authorization’, going on to state that this is ‘not the first time Nike has enforced its patents against Skechers’.
Nike are seeking a permanent injunction to stop both brands from using their patented tech, plus damages; however, an exact figure hasn’t been confirmed.
