Nike Are Bringing Back the Legendary LeBron 4 'Fruity Pebbles'!
Nike have been retroing some of LeBron James' most famed PEs from the 2000s and early 2010s as general release styles – think the LeBron 7 'Fairfax' and the LeBron 9 'Watch the Throne' – and the latest to join the lineup is the LeBron 4 'Fruity Pebbles'. An ultra-rare style from 2006, the 'Fruity Pebbles' was originally made for King James, his friends and his family, but now it's set to see a full general release.
The first-ever LeBron 4 retro, the 'Fruity Pebbles' features a Foamposite-inspired white upper with a multi-coloured cereal pattern that runs along its midsole and collar lining. The six-piece outsole completes the look with a rainbow-like colour scheme that includes yellow, orange, red, green, blue and purple to match the shades used on the upper detailing and complete the look.
Pictured above is the original 2006 release – and it's worth noting that the general release pair may differ in a notable way. LeBron and Nike recently started an official Fruity Pebbles partnership with the LeBron 19 Low 'Fruity Pebbles', so this year's drop may feature an actual Fruity Pebbles photographic print instead of the multi-colour dots that were used on the OG pair. Stay tuned!
Expect the Nike LeBron 4 'Fruity Pebbles' to release sometime this December, per a report from Sneaker Files. Its MSRP will be set at $250.
