Official Images: Nike LeBron 2 ‘USA’
Making its debut in 2004, the LeBron 2 is making its return in 2022, the fan-favourite silhouette already revealed in a ‘Maccabi’ colourway – a PE from 2004 that wore in a pre-season game against Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv.
The Swoosh are now set to release the Nike LeBron ‘USA’, the patriotic colourway originally worn by James during the 2004 Olympic Games.
Composed in ‘White’, ‘Midnight Navy’ and ‘Varsity Crimson’, the Nike LeBron 2 is constructed in its classic mix of ballistic mesh and solid leather overlays. A full-length Zoom Air unit provides cushioning underfoot, while the laser-etched pattern beneath the ankle strap gives the model its own unique flair. Of course, the thick strap provides ankle support whilst giving the sneaker an early 2000s hoops aesthetic. In terms of personal branding, James’ logo strikes the lateral heels.
