Nike Just Introduced A New Way To Buy Sneakers

After coaxing hopeful punters to get out and run an , Nike have found a new way to partner buying sneakers with getting off the couch. The initiative is called SNKRS Stash, an augmented reality application for buying kicks that requires you to use your phone in certain locations. ‘Stash Spots’ will be advertised at pre-announced times, at which point you’ll be required to make haste to the GPS location where exclusive pairs will be available to order on a first-come, first-served basis. The app will only be available to iOS users in Los Angeles, and was debuted with the Just Don Air Jordan 2s – which, judging by Twitter, seems to have rolled out smoothly.

No future SNKRS Stash releases have been announced yet, but trust we’ll let you know when they are.
