Safari print has been a fan favourite for sneakerheads for many years. Debuting in 1987 via Tinker Hatfield’s legendary Nike Air Safari, the Safari scheme continues to serve as a staple in the Swoosh canon, with countless classic renditions over the years.

The latest silhouette to adopt the exotic print is the Nike Dunk Low, a sneaker no stranger to wild renditions. Originally appearing on a Dunk for the first time in 2004, the upcoming design utilises a mesh/hemp base whilst adopting leopard print leathers for the overlays. These leopard print overlays appear in hues of green, brown and yellow, a composition further defined by the tumbled leather black Swooshes.

Elsewhere, green laces extend the flora and fauna theme, while what looks to be Grind Rubber soles emphasises Nike’s eco-conscious properties.

Look for the Nike Dunk Low ‘Safari' to land over the coming weeks.
