Nike’s ‘Year of the Dragon’ Pack Grows With Dunk Low Remastered

The Swoosh’s ‘Year of the Dragon’ pack continues to expand, with reports of yet another new colourway for the collection. 2024 is already jam-packed with Lunar New Year themed toolings of Nike silhouettes, including the Pegasus 40, the Full Force Low, and the Air Jordan 1 Low OG. The next addition sees a mix of new tones on the Nike Dunk Low Remastered.

The palette consists of the pack’s standard white, grey, red, and green hues, along with some unique detailing. The upper has a cream white tone, offset with grey accents on the mudguard, heel, eyestays, and liner. The Swoosh is the most standout flourish, featuring a light-green dragon-scale texture and finished off with Nike branded and Chinese character tags. The midsole is coated with a pure titanium white contrasted by the cream tone underfoot on the outsole. The ‘Year of the Dragon’ theme also leaves an impression on the tongue. The most notable element is the tongue’s foam construction, providing a chunky yet comforting approach to the design. For a final salute to the festivities is the ‘Just Do It’ tag featuring Chinese New Year red colouring.
