Homer Simpson Visits the Nike Dunk Low Next Nature
The ‘Homer’ and ‘Marge’ are still two of the most coveted SB Dunk renditions in history, the duo of course paying homage to the culturally defining animated TV series, The Simpsons.
American and Japanese animation has since empowered the sneaker industry with plenty of models in recent years, a tradition which has seen the much-hyped x launch this week.
The latest Nike Next Nature looks like it’s paid a visit to Springfield, the eco-conscious rendition rendered in Matt Groening’s signature colours. Similar to the aesthetic palette of the SB Dunk Low ‘Homer’, the yellow and blue Next Nature is manufactured in mesh and leather, with at least 20 per cent recycled materials by weight. The ‘Move to Zero’ pinwheel logos reinforce the company’s environmental ethos on the insoles, while the white and grey Grind Rubber soles complete the design.
Look for the Dunk Low Next Nature to release over the coming weeks. The latest images reveal the Grade School sizing option.
