The Nike Dunk High ‘Wolf Grey’ Honours Its Past
The Nike Dunk is a legend, both within the sneakersphere and on the hardwood! Debuted in 1985, the ‘Be True to Your School’ pack is one of the most iconic of all time and the OG pairs have slowly made comebacks over the past few years. The latest coming out of Beaverton is a Dunk High that’s been given the moniker ‘Wolf Grey’ and subtly pays homage to its storied past through insole graphics.
The most interesting part of the ‘Wolf Grey’ is the material mix, the upper has been dressed in suede overlays while the underlays feature a textured leather that looks as if it’s been crumpled. The Swoosh chooses smooth white leather and the tongue opts for its usual nylon. Additional details include the off-white midsole, icy outsole and wide cream laces. Rounding it out are the insoles that feature iconic Dunks of yesteryear.
Official images have touched down of the Nike Dunk High ‘Wolf Grey’ meaning a release shouldn’t be too far away. Stay locked to Sneaker Freaker for updates.
